was a martial artist, then football (my main love) back to martial arts as main concern then back again!

WHY I LOVE IT:

How can you not!? Aids in any sport, makes you feel more like your sex (i.e. manly!), look good, feel good.

My Motivation Program

I just love it and listen to my body! Vary what I do, some weeks all cardio, some mixed, some all weights, the most important thing to me is that I workout at all. Vary between bodyparts, full body workouts, and vary the rep/set levels anywhere from 15-3 reps from 4-10 sets!
