Dad used to train when he was my age, and through him talking about it made me want to try it, so he bought me a bench set etc and i got into it, didn't start to get serious till just on ago year now.
Why I Love It:
Working out is like a habit now, its part of my routine in life. I love seeing the changes in my body and being able to control that change, and the girls don't mind it either. Bodybuilding also helps me push things aside for an hour of the day, if something is bugging me during the day, 90% of the time i wont think about it while in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
Comments from other people, and pointing out weaknesses as i see them in the mirror makes me want to work on them.
BB Accomplishments:
No bodybuilding accomplishments as of yet, but in the future i would like to compete at least once, just so i can say i have.
