When I Started:
2002
How I Started:
I would see people online and at school who were younger than me but in better shape. I decided that I wouldn't let allow that anymore. So I bought some dumbbells and started using them. Then I started using my high school gym.
Unfortunately, my diet was lacking all through high school. So there were no obvious results.
When I made it to college, the spring semester of my freshman year, I worked on my diet and finally started seeing results. I'm slowly improving but will soon be where I want to.
Why I Love It:
It's a one-man sport, and the only thing dependent on you improving is you. And there's no better feeling than having a pump after a workout. Plus, having people notice that you're getting bigger and looking better is the best high in the world.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I knew the answer to this, I'd be a millionaire.
BB Accomplishments:
Reaching 160, the most I've ever weighted, and looking bigger than I ever have.
