My parents bought me a pair of 10lb dumbbells when I was around 12, and I've been moving them ever since. My workout routines have come and gone, but since January of this year I've been a habitual lifter.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy seeing the results, but the healthy lifestyle is #1.
