get on the tread mill... do intervals(30sec sprint-1min jog). every other day. don't drink all those proteins unless your working out hard. your muscles don't need all that protein burn the fat first then gain the muscle. try this(intervals) for 12 weeks then see how it is.

Try intervals on a tread mil; 30 sec sprint then 1 minute jog... you burn more calories in 20 minutes then staying a constant speed in the same amount of time.

There's a competition in July but i just don't think I'm ready... I'm training as if i was going to join and if i do good in training i just might. if not, i'll just wait for next year. But one thing for sure, i will join one.
