i had 24.3% of body fat with about 189 lbs on me. Now I'm 168 with 9% on me.
Why I Love It:
I normally like trying new things, and when i see results... it makes me want more and more. Every day that goes by I see my self trying to improve myself. One day said to my self, "Self, I want rock hard abs and a bump'n chest."
Positive attitude and a new look towards life.
How I Stay Motivated:
The takes my mind off of all the stress i've gone through during my day and all the stress i will be going through. it's my zen.

about the same age but obviously younger in this bodybuilding bizz... like the accomplishments... and would like to accomplish the same physical appearance.
splints and crouches are very restrictive; then seeing the beast and what he's done... he's got the will that some don't have and what i want more of. Seeing his determination is what inspires me the most.
Every week my company and I test our results by running a mile and a half just to see how we have improved every Wednesday every week. So far, I got a 7:23 minute mile pace.
Thanks for the comments. I did cut back on the protein until June 12th, lol. I am not trying to increase the protein and fiber while I am now really pushing hard. Rich (new user here) has been helping me in person. I have learned that I haven't been pushing myself this last 9+ months. But I am pushing hard now. So going to try this with his help for the next 4 weeks and see what happens. I finally saw my firt half inch bicep gain in just 10 days.
