How I Started:
i had 24.3% of body fat with about 189 lbs on me. Now I'm 168 with 9% on me.
Why I Love It:
I normally like trying new things, and when i see results... it makes me want more and more. Every day that goes by I see my self trying to improve myself. One day said to my self, "Self, I want rock hard abs and a bump'n chest." Positive attitude and a new look towards life.
How I Stay Motivated:
The takes my mind off of all the stress i've gone through during my day and all the stress i will be going through. it's my zen.

Every week my company and I test our results by running a mile and a half just to see how we have improved every Wednesday every week. So far, I got a 7:23 minute mile pace.

Thanks for the comments. I did cut back on the protein until June 12th, lol. I am not trying to increase the protein and fiber while I am now really pushing hard. Rich (new user here) has been helping me in person. I have learned that I haven't been pushing myself this last 9+ months. But I am pushing hard now. So going to try this with his help for the next 4 weeks and see what happens. I finally saw my firt half inch bicep gain in just 10 days.
