The recipe's embedded in one of my blog entries. It's a fairly common recipe. Feel free to make any creative revisions to it as you want. That combo will taste like no-bake oatmeal cookies, if you've ever had those. I've been adding strawberries and bananas to mine recently. Delicious.

Start by feeding your muscles what they want. 6 meals all of which have lean protien, complex carbs and a fruit or veggie. Hit the gym consistently and intensely and you wil start to see changes. Send a note if you have any questions. Take care.
