I started working out when I begain playing football in high school. Since then I worked out to just maintain a decent look and stay in shape.

It gives me an outlet to let off steam and fustration. And I love how I feel after a workout!

Over the last couple of weeks my body has gone through a complete transformation. I haven't been up to date with my entries and pic updates but they are soon to come. The cool thing is that I have some good guys to now push me in the gym again. But, outside of that I am really loosing...

What's up! I just got finish with bicep and tricep today plus know I had to get about 45 min of cardo in also. I'm still making progress each week.

I'm happy to hear that the rehab of your shoulder is coming very well. To let you know I'm focing on drop some more weight and bodyfat first an then I will get back into the strenght training. But don't worry I'll still not doing to bad for someone over 40 and don't you forget that grasshopper!
