I started working with people interested in losing weight with hypnotherapy. Surprised to see such great results, I tried self-hypnosis. One day out of the blue I joined a gym and have been pushing through obstacles left and right.
Why I Love It:
Even in the short amount of time I have been trying to do this, I can feel my body changing, particularly my posture.
How I Stay Motivated:
I go on bodybuilding.com everyday. I am currently following the 12 week training video series.

Control of my eating, my motivation, my body and my life. I have spent the last four years, dieting, losing ten lbs a year and keeping it off. But it's not enough. I want real results. I want a real transformation. If I work out everyday and focus on clean eating, I know it will happen. It's inevitable. I am glad to be a part of this community. bodybuilding.com has been the the only site to give me real usable info to help me get started and prevent me from looking like a lost lamb at the gym.
