Been great...hope you are. Training is really good...finally getting lean and much stronger. Got to post new pics just haven't had the time!!! Lifting to much...LOL

funny you ask....I ended up changing it to a 6 day a week high rep routine, I found it on Bodybuilding.com by a fitness competitor and wanted to give it a try for 6 weeks...then I will change back to the fat blasting one! Just haven't had time to update my space....

Glad you mentioned eating enough while doing cardio....how should I change my calorie intake and my fat/protein/carb ratio???? I was taking in 1400 to 1600 calories & 30/40/30 while doing your fat burning workout the last 6 weeks......Which I will cycle back to after I do supersets for the next 6 weeks...

Hi Amy...Hope you are well, Don't know if you noticed but my pictures are down...little problem hope to get worked out soon. Just wondering about your carb/protein/fat ratio. Do you change it much??? I have been reading that since Im over 40 my protein should stay very high....do you have an opinion? Thanks so much, looking great!!
