OK....Finally got computer fixed at home so will be able to post some progress pics. Been hitting it hard and making gains.

Bring July in with a bang.....changing up the routine again. Going back to my Stevep78 routine for 6 weeks!

I actually started a high set/rep routine on June 1 and I am loving it so far. My body seems to be responding very well to it.

My gym shut down this week for its big new move....had to make adjustments. Going back to my fat blasting routine on Monday June 1.

Taking measurements and getting a bodyfat% check next week. Looking for more changes....

Cant believe it.....The guy who did my bodyfat% said it had not come down!!!!! WHAT IS UP??? I look leaner...

I had my bodyfat% re-calibrated today, by someone who knew what they were doing. 22.7% SOUNDS BETTER TO ME...STILL NOT WHERE I WANT TO BE..

I had my bodyfat% calibrated at my gym today...Girl says I am 29%...My husband says no way..Have it recalibrated!

Boy.....I had my bodyfat% calibrated at my gym today...Humbling experience I must say...The girl told me I am 29%...Unbelievable....FAT,FAT!

I have dropped 5 pounds so I am really psyched up..shoulder a little tender after surgery. BEING CAREFUL..

I have dropped 5 pounds, which has me really psyched up....My shoulder has been tender and has worried me a little after surgery.
