I WOULD CALL MY FEBRUARY 2009 A RE-START. Started working out when I was 18 years old.....wanted to get more toned and in shape.

Goal (Long):
My long term goal is to truly have the best body I have ever had. I want my body to look like I am still in my 20's.
Working on my fourth workout change. Started it May 25th, doing a high rep/set routine that I actually got off of Bodybuilding.com Really like the routine...mixing things up alot. Using lots of different machines and free weight exercises at my new gym, which I LOVE. Got to get some...
First week of August started a pyramid routine to put on some muscle. Going to follow this for about 6 weeks. Doing zigzaging with my diet. My cals are ranging from 1500 to 2000. Feeling really good and seeing some more muscle and less fat!

Thank you..I did a photo-shoot yesterday and had some chocolate..now I feel great and ready to start training hard again June 1st.will do whimpy work ous until then:)Hope your week is good...
That physique is sexier at 40 than most 25 yo's I see nowadays with all the high fructose yada yada. Curious about new progress pics, I hear good things, almost cultlike, about Steve. Good luck with your goals. I'm 35 and finally getting the body I always wanted so I feel where you're coming from.
