This was taken recently...160 lb, 5-6% bodyfat. All these pics with not much light were taken early on a Saturday morning while my wife and boy were asleep in the room...hence the low lights.

Competing is something I never thought I'd do...never wanted to really. But it gave me a new desire and motivation. I'm grateful for that...it was an awesome experience and I highly recommend it to anyone contemplating it.
