I started my freshman year of high school. It was for football and track. I did it for the 4 years and "naturally" attained 208 solid pounds on my frame(I never ate enough food then and never realized how effective the proper diet is with improving strength and size). Unfortunately, after high school, it all disappeared and I dropped down to 167 pounds after being sick.
Why I Love It:
I like the feel of being solid. I sit around all day at work and need something to keep me feeling solid and strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stalk the pictures section on here, especially the before and after pictures. If they can do it, I can easily do it and get myself up to where I was in high school. It helps improve my self-image quite a bit.
