I have been lifting since a teen but very not consistantly. At 45 years old I got in to peak physical condition. My goal is to surpass my fitness level at 50 years old. I took a few months off over the holidays and balloned up 15 lbs or so. I have re-dedicated myself starting January, 1, 2009 and have stuck to my fitness program since.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of acomplishment and of looking good and feeling good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results and the Challenge..
BB Accomplishments:
300lb bench at 19 years old. 325 at 50 years old!

Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
Yes, to my girlfriend. No to friends and family members. they do not like to hear how good you feel and see how good you look when they are not on a fitness program.
I just keep browsing guys and girls 10 years or more than I am and can't believe my eyes. Need any knowledge you can give me about eating habits and workout habits...looking great, thanks for inspiring me.

I like the sound of your determination. Usually when a person makes such a strong statement they are determined to achieve their goals and I wish you nothing but success. Stay strong, focused and determined.
I just dropped by to wish you continued success. My wife and I achieved body transformations by following the 12-week Body for Life program. We believe you can make your fitness dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks with the assistance of the BFL program. Challenge yourself and try to push a little harder each and every workout. Contact us if you wish more info
