How I Started:
when i was 12 one of my parents friends gave me a weight set with a bench, barbell, curl bars, weights, etc. and i place them in my basement and decided to start using them when i was in the 6th grade. at first i could only bench 60 pounds and that was my first time ever benching. that was the first year i ever started weight lifting and playing sports. baseball, basketball, football, wrestleing, and track.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it allows me to challenge and push myself, always climbing higher and higher. even if i fall i know i will get right back up and do better than before.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to challenge myself

The body isn't use to maybe the 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th rep with a certain weight so that makes the body grow, then going through this pain bairrier experiencing pains in your muscles and aching and just think of one and just go on and on and that last 2, 3, or 4 repetitions is what makes...
