When I Started: May 1979
HOW I STARTED:

Picked up the book of Pumping Iron in 1980. Just started lifting.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Stress relief, the focus required and putting up more weight

My Workout Program

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to work around my sons sports schedules.

Full body work outs 3 days a week. One exercise per body part 50 reps per exercise. I picked a weight I could do 15 reps with and stop at failure for 15 to 30 seconds and go again.
