I started when I saw my body was getting too fat and I said stop it is time to improve my body, I want to gain muscle and look healthy and I think never is too late , when you want to do thing , that you wish
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding , Because, you every day feel great, alert, energizer, beside you body look in good shape, the muscle look huge, although this sport is tough
