Thank you ... i haven't posted up new progress pics as of late .. because my legs came down a lil further :) which im excited about for stage ... i can't believe you met Jaime Eason I love her! lol ... one day .. plus i want to meet Gina Aliotti shes my inspiration .. hows your training coming along??

yep. he's IFBB PRO .. check him out he has a myspace .. fakhri mubarak. hes helped me lose those 19lbs u see lol .. hes great tho! he does phone sessions to if your interested.
