Background

When I Started: Jan 2007
HOW I STARTED:

Over 5 yrs ago. I used to be a gymnast when I was younger and was always intrigued by bodybuilding, fitness, and figure. Finally it has all come together. I just recently completed in two NPC figure competitions on the East Coast. I want to continue working on bringing down my legs and eventually get my pro card!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out because it boosts up my confidence and makes me feel great! I enjoy motivating others who feel like they aren't able to lose weight because of 'genetics'. I have overcame many obstacles both within fitness goals and self-exploration.

Killed shoulder's, chest & abs yesterday. Found this great website & added some new moves to my workout routine which really brought on the lactic acid today. Awesome.
