Thanks been working them twice a week for a while and doing lots of plyometrics being tall its hard to put on any size :)

Of course and thank you. At the moment, I'm disappointed of my progress after thanksgiving, but I'll make more improvements somehow, especially through christmas and new year. LOL

Thanks, I'm not even halfway done with them yet :) They are the easiest part on my body to train tho, thanks to good genetics and a fast metabolism lol
