I started in 7th grade because of football and haven't stopped lifting since. But I really got serious about lifting Fall of '08 when I joined a gym and started working out 5-6 days a week.
Why I Love It:
Meeting goals you set is an awesome feeling, and you just feel better and have more energy when you work out regularly.
How I Stay Motivated:
You gotta be really self-disciplined and stick with it. It's hard, but my goals drive me
Keep it simple with some measurements.
Weight: 175lbs
Bodyfat: 7%
Chest: 40 inches
Arms: 14 inches
Also really trying to get my diet right with proper nutrition.

I want to GAIN 25 lb
