What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I started around 13. At that age your still growing, so its hard on your ligaments and joints.
When I started I didnt know enough about proper form, I also overtrained (full body, 4 or 5 days a week)

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
start slowly, do your research, dont expeact too much too soon...
