We are never truly satisfied with the results of hard sweat and tears....And Me? No way!!There is always room for improvement..[i'm open to suggestions?] I want to be a Lean, Mean, training Machine...hahahaha

I want to LOSE 6 lb

I'm doing pretty still training hard. I'm gonna make a drstic change to my diet. I want to eat a lot more healthier, but still consume enough calories to add mass. I see how this experiment goes. I wish you the best keep training hard :) ttyl
Glad to hear from you again, it's been a while. i'm glad to see your doing well. with you being an excellent trainer, I'm sure your clients are doing very well. I'm sure you will look even better than your previous pictures (and those are hot). LOL Make sure to post your progress pic.
