G'day Fella I see your on nzbb as well. Congrads on the comp. You going to do NZFBB next year?

No worries. For comps I limit my carb meals to 2 a day. Oats for breakfast and 2-3 hours later I'll have some cous cous or rice with tuna/chicken. Then thats it for the day. Outside of comps I tend to not eat carbs from late afternoon on (unless I'm training in the avo and needs a carb meals after). If you do your cardio mmake sure you have your heart rate in a fat burning range as opposed to cardio.

Watch the carb intake fella and only fat burning cardio. Hoping to be down at 2% for next Saturdays show, bring on that transperant skin. Keep up the good work
