Hey there, i sure am. although i dont use nzbb much. I watched you at the south island champs. well done on your placing, your conditioning was very good. Yep ill be switching to federation. what do you think of a combined nabba and federation class? I personally think it could make things interesting, but also would not be fair at all in regards to DDMI (Bodymass Index). - Nik.

It's actually just my 1st for 2008. I've been competing since Oct 2005. I don't have a weight goal really, more concerned about the look. I'm sure I'll be between 153 to 158. How's the bodybuilding scene in NZ? -Ken
