Increase lean muscle mass in preparation for the New Zealand 2010 season.
Goal (Long):
After taking this year off competing and focusing solely on doing a lean gain and smashing my legs I'm looking forward to 2010. This year I have managed to develop harder more mature muscle while staying within 10% of my comp weight.
Nothing less than another top 3 finish at Nationals in 2010 will be acceptable.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 kg
Bodyfat Goal:
3%
Upcoming Contest:
NZFBB South Island Classic 2010

Hey there, i sure am. although i dont use nzbb much. I watched you at the south island champs. well done on your placing, your conditioning was very good. Yep ill be switching to federation. what do you think of a combined nabba and federation class? I personally think it could make things interesting, but also would not be fair at all in regards to DDMI (Bodymass Index). - Nik.
thank u dor the answer, good luck on ur comp!!! how do u take your carbs in? whats the best time? and for cardio it like the bike or elliptical, right? i knoew alot of question, but help from somebody like you is great!!! thank u again!
That's great news. I think it's growing all over the world to be honest. I'm trying to get stationed in Japan after I leave Hawaii & I hear it's pretty big out there as well.

It's actually just my 1st for 2008. I've been competing since Oct 2005. I don't have a weight goal really, more concerned about the look. I'm sure I'll be between 153 to 158. How's the bodybuilding scene in NZ?
