Hey!
Been studying martial arts for 26 years weight training properly for about 12 Been a personal trainer for about 10 years and been teaching martial arts for 20 years.
I train 6 days a week sometimes 5 depending on how stiff I am. I mix up my training as much as possible usually training martial arts and weights on the same day. My diet is pretty strict but I don’t eat enough.
I teach Karate, Kickboxing and self-defence, my own training consists of the former with a bit of Thai boxing, JKD and MMA.
Studied to become fitness and lifestyle consultant / personal trainer in 2000 been doing that ever since.
My weight training is a mix of cables and free weights and is a mix of high rep / low weight and low rep / heavyish weight. Also performing fast and slow reps. I don’t stick to a set routine for long.
Why I Love It:
Gets rid of some aggression / stress
How I Stay Motivated:
Many different routines. watching undisputed 2 was the latest motivation and also 300, the mirror. friends that looked pumped.

Goal (Long):
Had cancer and chemo which kind of messed with my training a bit, but still managed to train, but not so intensively, so gonna maintain and improve if poss.
