When I Started:
How I Started:
I’ve always been very athletic and competitive. Ex-college athlete (D1 strong-safety/running-back type). In order to excel physically, working-out with weights was essential.
Why I Love It:
In the past, I was accustomed to non-complex football workouts but always stayed in “very good” shape. However, since I’ve been out of completive sports, there has still been a serious emptiness in my life: Physical Challenges.
I’ve never put “serious” focus on developing the looks & form of my physique to its maximum potential as I did developing maximum athletic ability. The challenge now is to put it all together, as well as maintain it, while I’m still able.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've always been a very driven person and so thankful for it. But for me it always goes back to this: Maximize On Your Potential. I only get one life, and I want to achieve ultimate success while I’m on this planit – Physically, Spiritually, & Financially.

Continuous Goals:
• Maintain good cardio mixture
• Eat & Sleep right
I’ve been doing a hybrid workout deriving from a book I read by Owen McKibbin (I guess this is when my passion to obtain my newer physical goals was elevated). The workout has kept me fit and looking pretty good but hasn’t really given me the serious results I want. However I feel the plan...
