My weight was down to 263 from 284. I'm back up to 270 after a week cruise to the bahamas where i basically let go of the dieting. The food was way to good. HAHA. That weight will melt off me anyway. I'm trying to get my bf down to 10%. I've never been below 15 so I can't wait to see how I look. The only problem is how long it takes. I've come to grips with that so I'm good. Hows the mass coming along??

Fat loss is a process and takes time. It's hard to burn alot of fat when I'm trying to keep as much mass as possible. That being said, I have dropped my BF down from 22.3% to 16.3%. I've been slow to put up another progess picture but its coming soon. How's your building going?

Thanks for the comment. Cardio is the hardest to get started. I was losin good weight just by changin my diet. Now I'm adding morning cardio, before breakfast. It's hard to get up for it, but I'm hoping it will pay off. Keep working hard bro. Ure looking like where I want to get at.
