I started powerlifting for highschool football. 3 national, regional and state personal and team championships later I was enamored with lfting. For a couple years I continued to lift, learning as I went. I never knew diet was so important until just before this year. I've adopeted the bodybuilding lifestyle as my own and I'm willing to see where it takes me. Now I am armed with knowledge and absolutley determined!!
Why I Love It:
The Pump! The feeling of your body growing and pulsating with each rep. It's like they fill up with air, ready to burst. The greatest feeling in the world is being pumped and knowing that the day's work has improved your physique. Plus all the finger pointing and stares is always a plus.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror. Seeing the results. Always trying to improve on my physique.
BB Accomplishments:
Bodybuilding: Third Place in the Heavyweight Open at the Northeastern Grand Prix of Bodybuilding
Powerlifting: 3 state, regional, and national powerlifitng championships for 1998-2000.

Bulking right now. Went from 193 in Sept to 274, and climbing.
Goal (Long):
So I finally got lean, and abs. So now Im bulking cleanly. I want to compete. The first time I tried, I lost way too much muscle dropping almost 60lbs. in 12 weeks. Not very healthy at all. I collapsed at work and decided to stop my prep at 4 weeks out, I regret it now. I will not fail again.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

Cardio will forever be a thorn in my side because, for me, it takes much longer to see results. I'd rather lift. LOL! I wish there was a pill I could take to equate to doing 40 minutes of cardio. Man, that'd be great. Good luck and I'll keep checking in to see how you're doing!
We have similar goals. Just hit the cardio hard after you get done lifting and you should get there in no time. I'm still working on it myself. Looks like you got the muscle already! Good luck!
