Dude you are jacked up in muscle mass! That's fantastic! I'm leaning down. Dropped 10 lbs since 1-Oct. I'd like to get back to my 25 BMI for the long haul, but at 5% fat (instead of 9% fat).
Tonight is lil cardio, legs and abs, tomorrow is full body bootcamp style, its wicked, sunday cardio and whatever I want jto pick up!! Have a great wknd doll!:)

To get ripped up I do 30 days on CytoV2 then right now I am on Mitotropin for 30 days..I am 2 weeks out from my show...and in the best shape of my life!

I worked late tonight so no WO in....yesterday did more cardio and circuit training!! Feeling thinner already....diet is on!! :)....here we go!! How about you?
I trained back...IT was an awesome session...I did timed training for 60 minutes...I definitely am not going to get a shot..not for me:) Have a great week:)
