I think this has serious implications for lifting too: "We tend to overestimate the effect of a technology in the short run and underestimate the effect in the long run."

I have been taking Optimum 100% Whey Protein. I have also been on Cellmass and NOXplode for a while. This is probably my third cycle of them. Have started taking Animal Pak multi-vitamin to see what the hype is on all of that. Also started taking Instone Forza-T as a T booster. Went to the doc...
I remind myself of that quote, especially after competing in the Emerald Cup this past weekend where I, and many others, thought the judges should have placed me higher than 4th. It's all so subjective in bodybuilding competitions. It's really having to focus strictly on yourself, doing better than last time, what you have learned. You're really not competing against the other competitors when on stage but competing against what the judges think is the best look/pose/etc.
thanks for the encouraging words, dude!!! just can't pull off the '6 times a day' thing like everyone prescribes.
but, hey, eat on!
best of luck to you...
Sure thing, man. I haven't been over to workout in Dallas in almost a year. Might have to do that, soon. I've never been to Metroflex. I plan on checking it out at some point. :) Thanks again for the add!
thanks man. i'm really happy about the results. i only lost by 2-10,000th's of a point, but it was a huge learning experience. i can definitely win the next one.
doing just the crossfit workout's of the day will get you an awesome start. If you are in good enough shape to do more then good. i do a traditional bb split tri's chest, back and bi's, legs, shoulders when i'm done with the crossfit workouts.
hahaha that was a joke i just got into a fight and the guy hit me hahaha i sucked it up and laughed it away...hahaha i am going to stick with that story though it sounds much better.
