I think this has serious implications for lifting too: "We tend to overestimate the effect of a technology in the short run and underestimate the effect in the long run."

Goal (Long):
Really want to make a major change in how my body looks. Am tired of being told I have long arms. FU*& long arms. I want BIG arms!!!
Am really going to focus a lot of my energy in nailing my diet. Am happy with the supps I'm on and the workouts are great!!!
I realize I have certain genetic limitations due to my my body type but today I declare WAR on those limitations. It's up to me to make this happen.
I have been taking Optimum 100% Whey Protein. I have also been on Cellmass and NOXplode for a while. This is probably my third cycle of them. Have started taking Animal Pak multi-vitamin to see what the hype is on all of that. Also started taking Instone Forza-T as a T booster. Went to the doc...
thanks man... it was a huge show... 180 competitors, i did 2 classes...novice and mid weight... i didnt even place in either. but i dont care, im 21 years old, natural, and i was in the best shape of my life :) il get the pics on here asap
Thanks man! I haven't done those two yet. I hear the Murph is crazy! I have done a few like 'Annie are you Ok', 'Chuck Norris', and 'Fight Gone Bad'. With Fight Gone Bad I had a score of 324, but I can't remember my times with the others.
Thanks for your comment on my blog, just got back from my first ride with clipless pedals tonight. We did interval sprints to help us with the Short Triathlon rides. There are just the entry level but it was so much easier to pick up the sprints with them.
Thanks man..I appreciate the support and compliment. Looking good in your pic..keep up the nice work! I'll send you a message when my sleeve is done and I have a better pic! Later~

I remind myself of that quote, especially after competing in the Emerald Cup this past weekend where I, and many others, thought the judges should have placed me higher than 4th. It's all so subjective in bodybuilding competitions. It's really having to focus strictly on yourself, doing better than last time, what you have learned. You're really not competing against the other competitors when on stage but competing against what the judges think is the best look/pose/etc.
