it first started when i was a little kid.when i saw my 15 year old neighbor doing sit ups and then i saw his determination and how ripped he was then i thought "oh i want to have that too" so i started doing a lot of sit ups and after that i just became addicted to working out because I liked how i felt after i was done and how my body started to change it was an amazing thing.
Why I Love It:
because of the same reason why i stay motivated because i love working out and seeing myself change.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just Watching myself change everyday feels great and also been healthy has a big part in how i stay motivated.

gained 30 pounds of muscle in one year.

Yesterday i completed my first goal i set for myself and that was to go from 152Lbs to 155lbs in a week it feels pretty good having 3 more pounds of muscle in ya [i think] :p but yea that's pretty much it and that i have been working on my abs extremely i want to get them really defined soon...
You say do hard work but i do. I do football(soccer) everyday and i now coach a team. i do around 10 hours of football a week and 4 hours a week at the gym. It doesnt have much effect.

Hey how are you? I need some advise. Im losing motivation. Today i feel rubbish!Im seeing weight gain but no change in muscle size or tone. I feel i look closer to a fat person than a bodybuilder. My chest looks rubbish, its such an awful shape. Please help!
