How I Started:
I started working out when I met my boyfriend who is a personal trainer for the local YMCA. He knows the ins and outs of fitness and nutrition.
Why I Love It:
I enjoyed working out because of how relax I feel afterwards. Now, I feel really sluggish and fat because I kinda slacked in that area. I hate the feeling and am ready for a change in my health and body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at fitness and womens health magazine, seeing the progress of people on this site and the fear of gaining weight.

Goal (Long):
I have been struggling with my weight most of my life and I am finally fed up with the yo-yo saga. I want to be consistant with my working out and healthy eating. I do not want to look average by any means. I want to stand out and become 135 pounds with no flab and plenty of tone. My goal is to lose 30 within 6 months. I can use all the help and advice I can get.
