How I Started:
Well I started in highschool with the perfect ripped body 8 pack on my abs,130lbs, and then I lost that perfect body and got fat. Not long after I started training again and made some tremendous gains, I started with 16 inch arms and in two months 18 inch arms but for some reason I still can't lose the stomach no matter how hard I train of course it's went down but it's still there and I'm now weighing 223lbs with probably 15% body fat I hate it.
Why I Love It:
It's been my drive since I was younger I use to see the very big guys on magazines and said to myself I going to get that big one day, I love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing what I want body acheive and getting my ripped body back, I tell you if you seen how cut I was you would wonder why I let myself get this big.
BB Accomplishments:
In two months went from 16 ich arms to 18 inch arms natrally without supplements just eating and barely drinking protein.

This was taken when I first started gaining muscle. I was exactly 185 Lbs with 15% body fat I want to get bigger and Leaner
I took this picture this year I'm exatly 223 Lbs as of now I want to lose about 10 Lbs and get to 300 Lbs with 3% body fat.

Thanks bro... But there is no trick in getting lean... its basic's.. Reducing calories and increasing cardio... start to check out my post’s, I’ll be talking about all that good stuff!
