How I Started:
I have been an althete my entire life and played soccer all four years of college. When I graduated, I wanted to try something new, but even more challenging.
I saw the "Wall of Fame" at my gym and knew right then and there I wanted to compete.
Why I Love It:
The feeling after you work out is enough in itself.
The changes in my body that come from hard work and clean eating are beyond satisfying.
It simply put, keeps me sane.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing there is always room for improvement. I also LOVE it when I see other people making improvement and reaching their goals, it insprires me everyday and keeps me going FULL FORCE!!!!!

Goal (Long):
Want to see continous changes and look at myself after each competition and be 100% pleased with the progress, though there always is room for improvement....plenty of it :)
you are right about the diet - doing well though - 6'3" 220 and have maintained that for a long time - just cant seem to get that last little bit of body fat down to really get some awesome definition. I'll keep working hard - you look awesome - keep up the great effort!!
Yeah im having a pretty good week i cant complain. Ive really had a good week in the gym so far every workout has felt like Kobe when he drops 50 or 81 points in a game. Its like ive been in the zone or something everyday im loving it. And im sure that cookie didnt hurt you to bad, u look to good!!!
Thanks for the add and the kind words LC:) On a side note, I think you'd better call a doctor cause your body is SICK!!! lol As far as superheros i'd love to look like the hulk, minus the green skin, cro-magnon face and tattered clothing, lol
