Did well at KY Muscle. Need to gain some more fat and muscle and I'll be ready for the Arnold. 3 months of hard training for me.

Won my first bikini competition 2 weeks ago! Getting ready to compete again on the 14th! Nerves are already getting to me. Hell week.
