How I Started: I started going with my dad when I was younger and have stuck with it since.
Why I Love It: It's an awesome lifestyle that anyone can choose. There is a lot of gratification you get out of it, it just takes time and patience. I love the energy I have and the results I get from working out. Hopefully, I will be able to inspire others to live healthier and more fit lifestyles as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
