I am glad to hear you are doing well! The pic is from the Arnold earlier this year...I have a lot of work to get even near to what I was looking like back then! Now that Im around 95% back to health Im cutting the fat and upping the intensity again in the gym...Can't wait to see the results again week after week! Take care!

Hey Dave! Sorry such a late response...Since surgery its been constant catch up just not enough time in the day to get it all done lately! I'm pretty much back to normal now though (physically) Im sooo glad about that! Cool you are getting in more OR time! Have a great weekend!

you look great! thanks for the add! My dad was (is) a Marine...I had surgery on my ankle from a HS injury and ended up in a wheelchair bc i broke my hand and my big toe of the opposite foot! Im pretty much back now though, thank God! :) Be safe and God bless, Semper Fi!
