Why I Love It:
I love working out because I love the results I feel good and I look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am hungry for that perfect body and healthy lifestyle. I want to be strong and in control of my body not the other way around.

I've been eating alot of nuts and protein and such for the healing properties PO...now that everything is doing much better, I'm switching to lowfat and eating more veggies for carbs again so I can lean out again...
Honor God with my body at all times. In the fitness world, this means eating clean and whole foods and taking care of my body by exercising and taking time to relax and rest as well. As God gives me strength in these areas, great health and a phenomenal body will follow, and thus be my reward for doing so for Him.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Spandex lycra pants, 2 sports bras, running shorts, t shirts, tanks (now that I can look decent in them) :) Anything that hides my sweat because I sweat ALOT!
First of all congratulations on the hard work. Don't get frustrated and let the injury set you back. Keep your overall protein intake as high as possible. Protein helps build muscle and the more muscle you have the higher your metabolism will be. Try eating most of your carbs before working out.
You've gotten me in the habit of checking your new profile pics; I guess I'm a sucker for young cuties like you (chuckle). Enjoy the rest of Advent and the upcoming Christmas season with your family--and may 2010 be your best yet!
Thanks a lot! So what happened that put you in a wheelchair?? Coming back from an injury is rough..I broke my leg in January and had to lift on crutches forever!! Not fun! Keep up the great work!
