Overall Goal:  I got the most FANTASTIC news!! I got cleared to bear weight so I can WALK!! (very slowly mind you) It feels very odd and def am not going to push it, but WOW! Freedom has been restored! Back to the gym woohoo!

How I Started:
I have always been a gym rat and very body conscious. I have struggled with good eating habits since I was fifteen. So my weight has constantly fluctuated. I played sports and have a very athletic body. I see the results and I just get hooked!!!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I love the results I feel good and I look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am hungry for that perfect body and healthy lifestyle. I want to be strong and in control of my body not the other way around.

Me post surgery...Switched up my training and diet and Im up at 160 (prolly less, havent weighed in a while)...I am losing many inches weekly and no weight loss since bulking...cant wait to get back in the gym and lean all the way out again!! Everything is very much on track at this point, so Im hop ...

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
To each is there own. They're busting there ass, that's what the gym is for.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Spandex lycra pants, 2 sports bras, running shorts, t shirts, tanks (now that I can look decent in them) :) Anything that hides my sweat because I sweat ALOT!

  • Leptopril Leptopril  Crazy great energy! Up there in comparison to the yellow subs stack!

Thanks! yup..still here. Its Fantasy Fest all week. So a bunch of themed drunk naked parties at the bars every day and night! CRAZY! i love it! LOL!

Almost the same surgery I had on both ankles within the last year. It sucks while you are going thru it but, you will feel better once your rehab is over.

OMG! What happened to you? I thought I told you not to pick a fight with the Hulk at the Arnold? LOL! Good to see you back! When do you get that cast off, I knowhow inconvenient those things are to lug around. I've had better times, I'm trying to recover from a back injury then the 26th I go in for parathyroid surgery. Too much time at the Doc lately!

Surgery..that has to stink. Well have a speedy recovery! My weakness is sweets, mainly around that time of the month!! Unfortunately is coming up and I'm hoping my fat burners will come soon and get me through it this month! I'm ready so ready to be lean!!!!! My problem areas are my inner thighs and stomach and hips. If you find a good inner thigh workout let me in on it!!!
