Overall Goal: Things are FINALLY healing up! Walking NORMAL for the most part and working on range of motion...WAITING for the hand to get a little better so I don't drop a weight on my self or God forbid drop a BAR on my face lol! On the MEND an I heart it!!
Fit Status:
WOrked out so hard today, felt like PUKING! It was GREAT!!! :)
I have always been a gym rat and very body conscious. I have struggled with good eating habits since I was fifteen. So my weight has constantly fluctuated. I played sports and have a very athletic body. I see the results and I just get hooked!!!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I love the results I feel good and I look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am hungry for that perfect body and healthy lifestyle. I want to be strong and in control of my body not the other way around.

Out of the Wheelchair and now WALKING!! I can't do anything more than the bike at this point because my ankle pains me and my broken toe and hand are still not functional at this point...On the mend though!! :) :)

Goal (Long):
Honor God with my body at all times. In the fitness world, this means eating clean and whole foods and taking care of my body by exercising and taking time to relax and rest as well. As God gives me strength in these areas, great health and a phenomenal body will follow, and thus be my reward for doing so for Him.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Spandex lycra pants, 2 sports bras, running shorts, t shirts, tanks (now that I can look decent in them) :) Anything that hides my sweat because I sweat ALOT!
Hey Lydia. I'm doing well for a mature man (ha ha). I was concerned about your surgury. Looks from the comments, you're taking the heal-up in stride (ha ha). Good for you. Wishing you well in your recovery, and and I look forward to your progress in 2010!
