Don't be hard on yourself, you look great. We all get a little stressed sometimes.

I went to school in Buffalo. Wegmans was the best. I live in Long Island now, but I still have a friend who works in one in Rochester.

You look like an uchimata guy. Any bigger and you'll have to work on your harai goshi.

Wow, where did your ribs go. Big changes, 30 lbs. on your frame. Definitely a sign of some hard work.

It sounds like you have a great attitude about it. I ususally found that 12 to 13 month mark a real turning point in ab training with my past clients. Lots of luck.

Wow. I used to do some post-natal training for clients. What a transformation, do you have any weakness in the area of the "C" still? It really looks like you bounced back fast. Good for you.

We are all our own harshest critics. Keep putting up pictures like that and you are sure to get plenty of positive feedback.

Preachers are great. I love them too. Eventually you will find the width that will work best for you. We all have slightly different musculature, so noone can tell you exactly which grip is best. It might take a whole lot of trial and error and may be different everyday.

Never listen to the scale, only the mirror. Your hard work is quite obvious already.

You look great. Your body shape should allow some more rapid improvement. It looks like you have been working hard already.

I think you have to use the camber of the bar. A wider grip should take some of the pressure off your wrists and elbows. And hey, thanks for taking a look at my blogs. You are definitely alright.

No, I mean it. I have enough trouble balancing a job and a dog (forget kids,) and still get to the gym and eat well. You can juggle 4 and look like that. Definitely worthy of admiration.

Great work. It doesn't look like confidence was ever an issue for you. But you have made incredible progress, you should be holding your head up high.
P.S. The pic in the black dress is pretty hot.
