I will throw caution to the wind and see my 12% and increase my size substantially, 2" across the board.
Goal (Long):
I've got to get past my hangups about not being able to lift or build the way I used to and get the right mindset to be the best I can be now. I just want to fill my shirts again, but not bust out of my pants at the same time. I want to be hard and lean the way I used to. i've got some muscle to add and some fat to lose.
I love the dizzy feeling I get when I get a good pump. I guess the nox-plode helps a little, but a great high. I 've been working hard, but still struggle with my balance issues. I don't know if surgery would bring a greater sense of connectivity with my left side. Who cares really, I...
Monday - Chest and triceps
Tuesday- Back and biceps
Wednesday- Legs
Thursday- Shoulders
Any extra time- bonus
My neck injury leaves me struggling to get it all together. I use a lot of preexhaustion and giant sets. I haven't been able to get all the muscles to fire consistently, so...
I am still sore sometimes where the c-section insicion is. I can not lift as heavy on abs as I would like but they are coming in slowly. Still can not seem to get rid of the flap of skin above the insicion, guess they sew it so tight so there is still an indention there. Hopefully in time- It has now been 5 months since I started working out....just gotta be patient! Thanks for ur kind words!
You're absolutely correct. It's so easy to tell my clients that, but hard to believe when I'm looking at myself. I didn't think I had made many changes until I took the new pics, and compared. I think I've made a bit of progress, but again, there is LOTS of work to be done. I look forward to it. Thanks!!!!
Rapid improvement? I wish, lol. We will just have to wait and see. I don't care about losing weight, I just want to lose the fat, and it's slowly coming off. I've been busting my hump, but I'm just happy to be healthy and active. Thanks for your comments and take care.
