just tired of being overweight .. time to change my life so i started lifting weights and doing cardio
Why I Love It:
when i stay spot on and dont miss a workout i feel awsome...
How I Stay Motivated:
when i think of what ive done before and i know i can do it again .My wife and i have a baby on the way so that makes a big difference. i wanna be able to romp and play as he grows.. dont wanna be to big and out of shape and miss out....
BB Accomplishments:
ive lost 106 lbs so far and i think thats a pretty good accomplishment for me anyway
Finally down 100 lbs.... now shooting for another 95 let the countdown begin .... kick some ass...
Goal (Long):
I have always been heavy since i was young and have try every diet u can think of.. nothing works except hard work and dedication .. i started working with a trainer in 2001 and in 9 months had lost 80 lbs it was the best i had felt ever felt .. i started at 385 dropped to 305 i just knew there was nothing that could stop me but
i was wrong i got hurt at work and took me out of the traning for a few months then after i started back to the gym i injured my back pretty bad since that i have gained the weight back and then some but its time to go it again and this time keep it off... im starting at 420 lbs and my ultimate goal is to lose 190 lbs and hit 230 lbs...

This is my first time ever posting so i dont really know what im doin but oh well hear it goes lol not alot to say right now didnt have much to do right now so i thought id post alittle bit about how things are going ... Im pretty happy with myself right now im down about 50 lbs since may so...
Congrats on extending you life by about 20 Years.(-100) You up for a challenge next two weeks. We weigh in tomorrow. Be warned I start jogging tomorrow, injury free again I hope.
Hi! Doing good...on a 5x5 program that I love and putting on muscle. I have the animal cuts but wanted to wait out the 4 weeks of this program. Any advice? How are you?
