How I Started:
I started out a receptionist at a Gold's gym and later became a personal trainer. When being in the gym everyday it difficult not to take part in it. It was the best thing that has ever happened to me.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel good about myself, it gives me a sense of accomplishment and spikes my mood.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's tough but I just picture myself at my goal or seeing myself on stage gets my butt off the couch and into the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing about 5lbs of fat and gaining lean muscle as a teenager really helped my confidence. Squatting 185 for reps just starting out.

i want to compete in a fitness/ bodybuilding show by next fall.
Goal (Long):
I worked in gyms since I was 17 and I was always noticed to being in pretty good shape and being very knowledgeable on working out. I am a certified personal trainer but I haven't been very committed on diets, that was my downfall. Now that I moved to a big city there is so much competition and I am no longer noticed in the gym like I used to be. I'd like to improve my physical appearance along with strength and regain my title of being the most muscular female in the gym. I have a pretty good foundation for a 19 year old female and I just started dieting this week so I'm excited to see how far I can go with this. I want to gain about 8-10 lbs of lean muscle and lose about 4% body fat. As of now I am 135lbs, 5'5 and I have about 18% BF.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12-15 0r till failure

30 sec- 1 min, I don't want too much of a break in between sets because I want my heart rate to stay in my fat burn zone throughout my workout
