Workout Program:
I train with IFBB Pro Rashid "Roc" Shabazz, and I do whatever he asks - I trust him completely. We do resistance training 4x a week, Mon thru Thursday. It is intense with lots of giant sets and short rest periods (if any).

ABS every day!!!!!!!!

I do cardio 4x a week right now, with Saturdays as a complete rest day (except for those ABS). For cardio I walk on the treadmill at 15% incline at around 3.0 mph (hands free) for 15 minutes, then I do intervals on the bike for another 20. Gotta say, I don't like cardio much - BORING.
