Thanks for your suggestion about the Atkins diet and walking,etc. I was looking into Keto diets but Atkins is basically the same thing and I am very familiar with it.

Your looking mint bro! I'm doing Chad Waterbury's mass program at the moment. 10 days of full body work, then 5 days rest and repeat. I'll let you know how it goes. On day two and I'm already sore.

haha yeh i get that alot. when i enetered that percentage i was using one of those lame elector pulse scales ; which at the time i didnt realize , but now i know its readings of bodyfat very much depend on the amount of water in your body at the time. the higher percentage of hydration , the lower the bf reading. so i dont know what my actual percentage is. 17 seemed a bit high to me as well.
