How are the fitness goals coming along? Is the GF diet causing any frustrations? What are your favorite GF creations? There's not been much activity on the GF BodyGroup lately. Visit often and leave a comment or suggestion.
We bodybuilders stay away from deep-fried food anyway, so no big deal. I do fix my form of chicken nuggets, though. Pieces of chicken breast that I toss in a seasoned mix of rice flour and garbanzo flour, then fry in a little olive oil. And I rarely eat out--just easier to fix at home and know it's safe.
Great news, that they figured out the reason for your low iron! Going GF will make all the difference in your life--with things you didn't even realize weren't normal. Check in to the group page with questions or comments. We'd be glad to ease you through this transition time.
Eh, I don't focus on carb-ups, cycling, counting, or strips anymore. I've just cut out carbs altogether and will never go back to eating them again--they're pure EVIL, lol! My eating is very simple now, and I'm quite happy about this as well. Hey, I see you've seen some significant improvements doing Keto, keep up the good work!
Hey Lyndon! Well, not 10 years just yet, but nearly there. I love the Keto plan though, and will probably keep doing it forever. Hope you had a great weekend, take care and thanks for dropping by. xoxo Demetria
Thanks for your suggestion about the Atkins diet and walking, etc. I was looking into Keto diets but Atkins is basically the same thing and I am very familiar with it.
Also thanks for the link to the website.
Your looking mint bro! I'm doing Chad Waterbury's mass program at the moment. 10 days of full body work, then 5 days rest and repeat. I'll let you know how it goes. On day two and I'm already sore.
