lbeezlechanged Weight from 140 lbs. to 143 lbs., a 3 lb. gain in 37 days
I'm 5'11 around 140 lbs, therefore I am a skinny average person. I've always been trying to improve my body, not only for my health but for confidence and everything associated with that. I know a fair bit about exercising, stretching, cardio, etc. All I need is support and some helpful tips and suggestions.
Main goal, I want a lean swimmers build basically. I used to swim alot (I was formerly a Rescue Swimmer Trainee for the Navy several years ago), however it fell to the wayside but I hope to attain some of my former swimming glory.
Today I began my reassociation with the demon mistress known as the swimming pool.

Thanks for stopping by, LB...Really? There are quite a few of us on here: CraigMatthew, Loochi, yugtaht3, BeckieA, to name a few...And just some encouragement: just because you are a "skinny" male (as you say) does NOT make you anorixic! Go hard for your goals, LB!
Sure is!...The mask from Friday the 13th, the machete, and a photograph! All 3 signed by Jason himself!
...So if someone ever tries to rob or house guess what I'm breaking off the wall!?!? lol
You will gain the weight you are looking for by upping your daily meals from the 5 to 6 (hopefully you are eating now) to 6 to 8. That is the proven way to gain lean muscle and not unwanted fat, provided you keep working out hard. You can make 3 or 4 of these “meals” protein shakes so that you are not sitting down to eat all day long. If you do this you can expect to see some positive changes very soon. Best of luck.
