I started working out when i got into high school for football. We only focused on bench, power clean, and squat, so i was not really bodybuilding. Then when i graduated from high school i started hanging out with some meat heades and reading FLEX, thats how i got started.
Why I Love It:
Because of the pump and watching my body transform. That feeling after an intense leg workout and you honestly dont know how you got through it.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror, reading FLEX/MD, and watching Ronnie Coleman, Phil Heath and Branch Warren.

Goal (Long):
I have 8 months of hardcore training to bring up my entire back and forearms. I plan on doing heavy deads and plenty of t-bar corner rows along with wide grip chins. I have neglected this is the past but i hope to be deadlifting 500 by then as well. In terms of forearms, mine have always been small, (genetics and lack of training). I need to hit hammer curls, wrist curls, and reverse curls with the intensity that i train the rest of my body. Also i need to stop training back and traps with straps to help aquire muscular forearms.
