My Workout Program

Going back to a traditional five day split.

Monday: chest followed by a 20 minute HIIT.
Tuesday: back.
Wednesday: shoulders followed by a 20 minutes of HIIT.
Thursday: legs and abs.
Friday: arms followed by 20 minutes of HIIT.
Saturday and Sunday: rest/family.
