How I Started:
I lifted weights in High School and College but when I started my carrer and family it fell to the side because of all the other day to day demands. Then in 2005 I was injured at work. I went to physical therapy and started weight lifting again. I got hooked and lost over fifty pounds in the first year.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it relaxes me. I no longer have aches and pains from my past injuries.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read all types of books and magazines about bodybuilding.
I'm currently trying a hard gainers workout described in Natural Bodybuilding Magazine.
